Earn free CEUs for Procare Webinar Trainings!
Beginning in 2025, learners can earn free CEUs for monthly webinars hosted by Procare! We are excited to support childhood educators in expanding their skills and meeting state training requirements with this free resource.
How do I earn CEUs for Procare webinars? You can earn CEUs for watching the webinar live or for watching a recording. Review both processes below.
Watching a live webinar:
- Watch the webinar via the link provided to you at registration (you must join the webinar within the first 10 minutes to be able to take the certificate immediately after the webinar)
- Create or login to a free Procare Professional Development account
- If you already have a Procare Professional Development account, log in
- If not, create a free Procare Professional Development account using the link sent to the email address you used to register for the webinar
- View your dashboard
- Select the webinar you viewed
- Take a ten-question quiz verifying your mastery of course learning outcomes
- Download your CEU certificate
Watching a recorded webinar:
- Register for the webinar via the Resources page at https://www.procaresoftware.com/resources/webinars/
- Select the “earn CEUs” option from the post registration landing page
- Click “Continue” on the webinar course landing page
- Create or login to a free Procare Professional Development account
- If you already have a Procare Professional Development account, log in
- If not, create a free Procare Professional Development account
- Complete certificate information
- Watch the webinar recording
- Take a ten-question quiz verifying your mastery of course learning outcomes
- Download your CEU certificate

FAQs
Q: Does my state licensing organization accept CEUs I earned from Procare Webinars?
A: While many state licensing organizations will accept the CEU certificates you can earn from this webinar, some do not. Please verify whether the CEUs you earn from this training will count toward your individual licensing training requirements with your state licensing authority.
Note that if your state licensing authority accepts IACET CEUs or allows you to self-report IACET accredited provider’s trainings, they will likely accept the CEUs you earn from this webinar. Here is a website to check state licensing agency requirements: https://licensingregulations.acf.hhs.gov/
Q: When will I receive my certificate?
A: Once you complete and pass the quiz, you can download your certificate immediately to your device.
Q: Why do I need to take a quiz?
A: The quiz, which is based on the learning outcomes from the webinar, proves that you both attended the webinar and mastered the content.
Q: Is the quiz hard?
A: The ten quiz questions are taken directly from the presentation and the slides. If you pay attention, the quiz should be very straightforward and manageable.
Q: What if I do not pass the quiz?
A: You are given three attempts to pass the quiz with an 80% or higher. If you do not pass within the three attempts, we strongly suggest you re-watch the webinar. When you are ready to try again, you will need to email PDSupport@procaresoftware.com to request access to the quiz again. You can then reattempt the quiz.
