Beginning in 2025 learners can earn free CEUs for monthly webinars hosted by Procare! We are excited to support childhood educators in expanding their skills and meeting state training requirements with this free resource.
How do I earn CEUs for Procare webinars?
Earning CEUs is simple:
- Watch the webinar
- Click the link or scan the QR code provided at the end of the webinar to be directed to the quiz on bertelseneducation.com
- Create or login to a free Bertelsen Education: A Procare Company account
- Enter the password provided at the end of the webinar to access the quiz
- Take a five-question quiz verifying your mastery of course learning outcomes
- Download your CEU certificate

FAQs
Q: Does my state licensing organization accept CEUs I earned from Procare Webinars?
A: While many state licensing organizations will accept the CEU certificates you can earn from this webinar, some do not. Please verify whether the CEUs you earn from this training will count toward your individual licensing training requirements with your state licensing authority.
Note that if your state licensing authority accepts IACET CEUs or allows you to self-report IACET accredited provider’s trainings, they will likely accept the CEUs you earn from this webinar. Here is a website to check state licensing agency requirements: https://licensingregulations.acf.hhs.gov/
Q: When will I receive my certificate?
A: Once you complete and pass the quiz, you can download your certificate immediately to your device.
Q: Why do I need to take a quiz?
A: The quiz, which is based on the learning outcomes from the webinar, proves that you both attended the webinar and mastered the content.
Q: Is the quiz hard?
A: The five quiz questions are taken directly from the presentation and the slides. If you pay attention, the quiz should be very straightforward and manageable.
Q: What if I do not pass the quiz?
A: You are given three attempts to pass the quiz with an 80% or higher. If you do not pass within the three attempts, we strongly suggest you re-watch the webinar. When you are ready to try again, you will need to email PDSupport@procaresoftware.com to request access to the quiz again. You can then reattempt the quiz.
