For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- This promotion is valid only for eligible new Procare customers who commit to a minimum term of twelve months and sign up by July 31st, 2026.
- This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
- Customers must fully implement Procare within 30 days of the effective date.
- This promotion does not include new ChildPlus customers.
Rights and Disclaimers
- Procare Solutions reserves the right to make exceptions to these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
- If the customer cancels or terminates the agreement prior to the conclusion of the term, the customer shall be obligated to remit to Procare an early termination fee equal to $500.00.
- By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Promotional pricing requires customers to commit to a minimum term of twelve months.
- After the expiration of the promotional pricing above, software platform license fees revert to the then current standard price (which is currently $89.00 per month).
