- This promotion is for eligible new Procare customers who sign up by March 31st, 2026.
- Customers must choose $1.00 a month for 6 months or Free PPD for 2026
- Promotion is for a one-year term and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- Customers must implement Procare within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers must show consistent use of Procare.
- Must process tuition payments through Procare within 90 days of purchase
- One-time test payments do not apply.
- Must demonstrate consistent tuition collection through Procare demonstrated by weekly/monthly volume of processing.
- This promotion does not include new ChildPlus customers.
Rights and Disclaimers
- Procare Solutions reserves the right to make exceptions to these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
- Procare Solutions may deny the promotional giveaway to organizations that fail to comply with the stated terms and conditions; if no transactions have been processed within that time period, the bundled price reverts to $149/month or software price increases to $79/month and Procare Professional Development price increases to $70/month.
- By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Promotional pricing requires customers to commit to a minimum term of 12 months.
- At month 13, you will be auto-renewed for $79/month for Procare and $70/month for Procare Professional Development.
